Muslim Travels Around the World : Japan

"Muslim Travels Around the World" is a new theme that IslamOnline.net (IOL) has planned to cover through a series of live sessions.

Join Muhammad in an online trip to Japan. He will tell us about his experience in the "Land of the Rising Sun," as the Japanese call it. The session will be InshaAllah tomorrow at 12:00 GMT.

Marwan Muhammad is a French Muslim who visited Japan and returned back with a lot of discoveries and adventures.

Marwan Mohammad, IOL Correspondent in France, is a French Muslim of Egyptian and Algerian origins, he works as an engineer in financial mathematics. He studied at the Centre d'Etudes et de Recherches sur l'Islam (CERSI), an Islamic institute in Paris, France. Now he is a student at the Institute of Islamic Banking and Insurance (IIBI) in London, the UK.

There you can find photos taken by Marwan Muhammad during his trip to Japan

The first knowledge of Islam and the Muslims started with the translation of some work on the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in the Japanese language.
